RIGHTS & REPRODUCTIONS

CCHS offers quality reproduction for study, display, publication and for commercial uses.

Read the CCHS Reproduction Policy Statement and consult the Fee Schedules carefully before ordering your reproduction. All work is performed by CCHS staff and authorized vendors. All negatives remain the property of CCHS.

Orders may be placed in person, by telephone or Fax. All orders must be prepaid by check, cash, Mastercard or Visa for the work to begin. Once payment is received, it will take 2 weeks to process orders for digital prints and 4 to 6 weeks for true photographic reproductions. All Rush orders add 50% to the reproduction fees. Add $3.00 for shipping if desired. Request a quote for shipping reproductions larger than 8 x 10.

Permission to reproduce photographs for publication or commercial uses must be requested in writing using the Publication Permission Request Form. Permission is granted for non-exclusive, one time use at the discretion of CCHS. The user of supplied reproductions assumes all responsibility for using them in conformity to existing copyright laws.
